Mr. Bull has served as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2023. He served
as our Interim Chief Financial Officer from June to early October 2025. He
also was interim President and Chief Executive Officer from July through
December 2024. He was previously our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
from 2012 to July 2023. Mr. Bull joined the Company as Senior Vice President,
Finance in 2005 and has also served as our Secretary. Previously, he was the
Finance Director and Treasurer for Urban Outfitters, Inc.
