Five Below Announces Over 75% Stores Reopened

Growth Continues with 40 New Stores Opened To Date in 2020

PHILADELPHIA, PA, May 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Five Below, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVE), the trend-right, high-quality extreme-value retailer for tweens, teens and beyond, today provided an update on its store reopening program.

“We are thrilled to be in a position to have reopened over 75% of our stores with strict health and safety protocols implemented, and to have resumed our new store program,” said Joel Anderson, President and CEO. “We have reopened stores in all but four of our states, where curbside pickup is available as allowed. Our store associates have embraced our new ways of working and operating, and I have been impressed with their enthusiasm and commitment throughout this challenging period.
